Do you have an account?
Login and head over to your Tafein account and where it will directly take you to your orders so you can review your order status. All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.

No worries! You will recieve an email with your tracking information where you can see all the details on your package.
If you'd like to modify your order, whether it's an adjustment, cancellation, or an update to the shipping address, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you're not fully satisfied with your online order, you have the option to return it to us for either a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your package.
Important:
- For a valid return, the product should be in an unused condition and returned in its original packaging. Tafein must approve all returns before they're processed.
- Shipping costs are not eligible for a refund. Be aware that there's a return shipping charge of $15 for returns originating from the the USA and Canada and $25 from other countries. These charges will be taken out of the refund total. The period for returns begins on the day the order is delivered or collected.
- After we receive your return, it might take 3-5 business days to process and issue your refund. Ensure that all necessary documents are included with your return to avoid further processing delays. If you have any inquiries about your return's status, please reach out to us.
Certainly! We offer exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. Please ensure items are returned in their unworn state and original packaging. Unfortunately if items are damaged upon return or lost during shipping, we will be unable to process the return.
Order

Currently we are not offering a gift wrapping service, but if you want to write a special note for the recipient, please leave that message under the "Order Note" section in the cart (before checkout).
To use a Promotion or Offer Code, enter the code in the DISCOUNT CODE section on your Shopping Bag page and click "APPLY".
Please note the following terms:
- Each transaction is limited to one code.
- Codes are valid only for full-priced items and are not applicable to sale items.
- Codes cannot be transferred and there's no cash equivalent.
- If there's a specified end date, ensure orders are placed before 23:59 EST on that day.
- All promotions depend on product availability.

If the item you're interested in is currently out of stock but is set to be restocked, you can choose to be alerted by entering your email address on the product page. When the item is restocked and ready for shipment, we'll notify you through email.

PO Box Addresses:
For the safety and integrity of your order, we don't ship to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding locations, or temporary residences.
Weekend Deliveries:
Delivery schedules on weekends differ worldwide. If you're curious about weekend deliveries in your region, it's best to reach out to the courier directly.
Public Holiday Deliveries:
Please note that our courier services do not deliver on public holidays.
The shipping fee is calculated based on the country of purchase and the order total before taxes and discounts. Our team will process and ship orders the following business day once the order has been placed. The shipping times noted below are estimations and can be affected by delays with the courier (weather, traffic, holidays, etc.) The return shipping fee is not refundable.
We offer free standard shipping to Canada and the US. Express shipping to Canada takes 1-2 days and will be an additional $15 CAD. Express shipping to the US will take 2-3 days and will be an additional charge of $20 USD.
International shipping charges will be calculated on the checkout page, along with estimated delivery time. The standard and expedited shipping rates vary based on country.
Shipments outside of Canada and the USA, may be subject to customs and import duties. Please note these charges are the customers responsibility and would be settled at your local customs office/courier office.
As Tafein is based in Canada, you may be charged a foreign transaction fee by your bank if you are shopping from outside of Canada, which is out of our control. Tafein does not charge additional fees and is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or credit card.
If your package goes missing during shipment, we'll do our utmost to help. However, once there's proof of delivery, we can't assume responsibility for the package. We strongly advise choosing a trusted delivery address, as we can't be accountable for delivered packages that go missing or are stolen.
Warranty
At Tafein, we truly care about your jewelry experience. That's why we offer a 2-year warranty from your purchase date. If anything goes wrong with the material or craftsmanship of your item during this time, we're here to make things right.
Our partnership with leading manufacturers ensures that each piece is hand-made, using ethically sourced materials. We're genuinely proud of our creations and confident in their durability. However, do remember that everyday wear and tear (like the occasional bent ring or a broken chain), mishandling, or alterations by entities outside of Tafein aren’t covered.
Just a little heads-up:
- The Tafein warranty is exclusively for items purchased directly from our website. For items acquired through resellers, please address any concerns with that specific third party.
- We do not offer any repair or resizing services but if the item is elgible under the warranty, then we will be able to exchange the item free of charge once the return has been processed.
Please submit any warranty requests and our team will follow up with you within 1-2 business days with additional details. You can use this form to send us the details and someone from our team will be in touch with you.
Voyagers Rewards
The Voyagers Program allows you to be a part of the Tafein Journey. You will have the opportunity to collect beans by completing tasks and purchases online. For every 100 beans you will receive a 10% coupon to put towards your next order. Be sure to log into your account when making a purchase, and utilize the same email used to set up the account during checkout, for reviews, and interactions via social media.
To join the Voyage you need to sign up for an account. You will need your name and email address to sign up. If you have previously made an account sign in by clicking on the my account icon.
Joining the Program is FREE! You can collect beans by completing tasks or by making a purchase online at tafein.com.
The beans remain valid until you deactivate the account.
You can share the rewards with your friends and family by using the link created in your rewards window. Click on the gift icon in the bottom left of your screen, scroll to the bottom of the window and you will see the link to share with friends.
The beans will immediately visible after you make a purchase or your friend makes a purchase using your link. Beans collected by completing tasks such as following Tafein on social media, or leaving a review will be updated within 24 hours. If it appears the beans are missing, please contact us at support@tafein.com.
Returns + Refunds

- If you purchase an item at full price using a discount code, we will accept the return and issue a refund. You will be refunded for the dollar amount paid for the item.

To process a return for your gift, you'll need the order or purchase reference number. This can be located in:
- The confirmation email after the order was placed.
- The dispatch email/notification.
Just head to our Returns Portal and select 'gift repairs and exchanges'. You'll be prompted to enter the order number and your email address, and we'll guide you through the subsequent steps.
