RING SIZER GUIDE

Unsure about your ideal ring size? No worries, we're here to help you find the perfect fit. Simply choose a finger or an existing ring, and let's begin your easy sizing journey.

METHOD 1

Using String or Paper Strip

What You Need:
  • A thin strip of paper or a piece of string
  • A ruler with millimeter measurements
  • A pen or marker

Steps:
  1. Wrap: Take the string or paper strip and carefully wrap it around the base of the intended finger. Ensure it’s snug but not too tight. It should comfortably mimic how a ring would fit.
  2. Mark: With the string or paper comfortably in place, use your pen or marker to mark the point where it overlaps, forming a complete circle around your finger.
  3. Measure: Lay the string or paper strip flat against the ruler and measure the length to the marked point in millimeters.
  4. Determine Size: Refer to the ring size chart below to convert your measurement to the appropriate ring size.

METHOD 2

Using a Ring That Fits

What You Need:
  • A ring that fits the intended finger well
  • A ruler with millimeter measurements

Steps:
  1. Measure Diameter: Place the ring on a flat surface. Measure the inside diameter of the ring from one edge to the other, at the widest part.
  2. Convert to Size: Using a ring size chart, find the size that corresponds to your measurement in millimeters.

A Finger's Tale: Key Tips for Accurate Ring Sizing

  1. Temperature Changes: Fingers can swell in hot weather and shrink in cold. Consider measuring your ring size at different times to account for these natural fluctuations.
  2. Time of Day: Your finger size can change throughout the day; it’s usually smaller in the morning and larger by evening. Measure your size at different times for a more accurate fit.
  3. Salt Intake and Hydration: High salt intake or dehydration can cause fingers to swell. Stay hydrated and mindful of salt consumption before measuring ring size.
  4. Physical Activity: Exercise can temporarily swell your fingers. Avoid measuring your ring size immediately after physical activity.
  5. Ring Width: Wider bands often require a larger size. If the ring you’re choosing has a wider band, consider going up a size for comfort.
  6. Knuckle Size: If your knuckles are particularly large, measure both your knuckle and the base of your finger, and choose a size in between.
  7. Pregnancy and Weight Changes: Changes in weight or pregnancy can affect ring size. If you’re experiencing significant weight changes, recheck your ring size accordingly.
  8. Seasonal Adjustments: Some people have different ring sizes for different seasons due to temperature-related changes in finger size.
